[Craig Seeman] “I do (did). Also NeatVideo Noise reduction is affected. The workaround for me is to use my light kit.”

This “Light Kit” thing sounds great. You can stylize your shots, you can reduce noise… and have you seen the lens flares? Very realistic!

can we please get back to beating up apple.

but you can’t be talking about this can you?
    …he said after random googling.

I mean – vivid touch? stylizer?

I must have the wrong plug in, he said…

And it’s NLE agnostic. Best Plug-in I’ve ever purchased. Goes tight into various outlets, alternately uses generators and those don’t have to be in an NLE either.

The new ones even run off 12V battery.

    The future is present.

    craig, I’m only saying –

Stu Maschwitz’s Magic Bullet – dead in the water for months on end – thats quite something.

I bought that thing (via my station at the time) at ver. 1.0 – the very minute it came out of black box operation at the orphanage.

that it, and others, have been left half hanging for months on end, with customers, without answer,
in Apple’s supposedly flag-ship editing system is a poor show.
    It just is.

it’s hard to argue this: Apple’s communication position now is a joke – both to professional partners, and to professional customers.

    It’s just a joke.

Oh, that light kit! The plug-in.

I thought you meant, you know, a lighting kit.

    🙁

[Steve Connor] “We do, because of all the paid work we are doing with it!”

Paid work you’d still be getting with AVID or Premiere…and no green frames.

But then you wouldn’t be worshiping APPLE.

EDIT: Oh I guess you could do a lot internally…like Curv…nevermind.

[Gary Huff] “Paid work you’d still be getting with AVID or Premiere “

Oh yeah, thanks for pointing that out

[Gary Huff] “…and no green frames.”

I don’t get green frames on my system and I use MB Looks a lot, just lucky I guess

[Gary Huff] “But then you wouldn’t be worshiping APPLE.”

I use kit that works for me, at the moment Apple kit works for me so it’s all good, doesn’t mean I worship Apple.

Two years later and we’re still getting comments like that!

[Craig Seeman] “NeatVideo Noise reduction is affected.”

I do wish they would fix this.

    It’s an amazing plug-in
