Does anyone know what’s going on with CoreArsenal? Their website is MIA. I have recently had to reinstall my OS, along with all my apps, and the JENNA installer uses the CA website to get a serial number (I only have the version 2.0 serial # on file; I need v 2.2.) but since the site is down, I cannot use JENNA.

I hope there is at least some nominal support for this type of thing even if CA is no longer functioning; it would be a shame to lose this valuable tool.

    Hi,

yes, lots of users are already complaining about this. Noone knows what forced Darf to do what he did (or CoreArsenal) but at least they could have provided support for new serial numbers.

I guess best would be to contact Darf directly on this issue.

Good luck and let us know if you got an answer!

    Ok, I have some info:

I got responses from both Darf and Dames from Coreaudiovisual. First off, Darf is not in direct control of corearsenal, but remains part of coreaudiovisual. He is only spending time developing applications when the produciton environment at coreaudiovisual demands it. He was able to get me my serial number, so all is well on my end for now.

Dames from Coreausiovisual told me that their site had been hacked so many times that their service provider made them take it down. He said he hoped to have a solution up within a week or so for everyone else.

In the meantime, I would suggest contacting Darf at darf@cidertank.com or Dames at dames@coreaudiovisual.com if you have any issues with their products.

I would also suggest that anyone who uses these fine tools let it be known to those guys that we’d love to see them continue to develop them. I get the impression there is more going on here than meets the eye, but these are terrific tools and it would be a shame if they went away or just weren’t supported any more.
