copyright info on effects
please help,heres the sitch,i have particle illusions,standalone,ive created effects by myself,ive also used it to create videos 4 pets to watch,by myself,ive emailed wondertouch,got emails back stating emitters i create/artwork i use in my vids are mine,no royalties need,ive uploaded one of my pet entertainment clips theres 4 actuall as it was in parts,only 1 of them did youtube say i couldnt monitised this is theyre reason The contract for your second video does not appear to give sufficient commercial rights for your video to participate in monetisation. this makes no sense,i sent pics attached of the emails wondertouch sent me explaining that my artwork is mine,but still they deny it,any suggestion

No idea. Why would you even need to show them any documentation from GenArts? I suspect there is some other reason they’ve denied your request, and that it has nothing to do with the use of particleIllusion. You should get more details from them.

i agree,but ive emailed they wont say why,i mean i explained audio was my voice,& created by my friends cell phone,im not sure wat they want,no 1s claimed copyright,its very anoying,personally i think u guys should create ur own vers of ytube some 1 should,i like ur company,theyres is so unfair,they didnt even let me explain more 1st,its to me like cyber bulling,im on goverment asistance,and creating my own effects/pet entertainment vids is my attept at leaving this,since i cant get normal job,so it hits me hard,sorry im ranting just frustrated

If one of the four videos was denied, why not delete that video and resubmit it? That’s what I would try.

unfotunately i would but they suspended me 4 it,ive emailed em explaining,im also researching alternatives,i lostso may vids cause of it,as i couldnt afford to get storage right now,but thanks 4 ur responses i apreciate it

theyre in order and u can clearley see theyre not hugely diff,its just ytube being stupid,they wanna no if i have comercial rights,which is stupid since the effects were created by me with emitters i created
