It would be very handy to be able to put draft work on a site so that co-workers could check the state of play, make suggestions etc. If, however, the work includes copyright music or other material then presumably there’s a problem, even if the file is password protected and a license for the final product will be obtained. Is there any way of solving this problem?

How do you know that you will be granted a sync license in the end? I would think the solution is to obtain the license first. Otherwise you need to host it on a private site for just sharing with your clients and co-workers.
