Copy/Paste Without Losing Emitter Postion/Angle?
Emitter or emitters copy/pasted keep all settings of the original location except for position and angle (they revert a default position/angle, i.e. center of the stage). And so one has to re-position, etc.
Is there anything I am doing wrong or if not, some workaround?
Not a huge issue, but it would be nice workflow-wise.Thanks.

Yes, you’re doing something wrong. If you select an emitter and use the “Edit” menu Copy and Paste (or keyboard shortcuts), it will duplicate the emitter entirely, including position keys and everything. If you r-click on the stage and select “paste”, it will position the emitter where you clicked, but should also retain all position keys.
The only way I know to get an emitter at the center of the screen with no position keys is to r-click on the graph window when position is selected in the hierarchy and “reset”.

I’m not using PI right now but that seems to be exactly what I have been doing (Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V) and still get what I described. I’ll try again including using the Edit menu for this and see if it makes any difference — and tell you what happens. May take me a couple of days.
