  Copying NEX footage via USB. No FCP

  I have a Sony NEX-VG10. no FCP, no Premiere Pro, no Avid. If using a USB SDHC reader, how can I read and covert the footage? I do have MPEG Streamclip, but if can’t read any of the files on the card. Handbrake won’t read them either unless I’m doing something wrong. I just need something like CAnons EOS utility that can scan the card and show me the footage.
