Copying mask for AI into AF
Waring,
THis contains version 5.5…
Im stuck on a project in 5.5, I want to copy a mask over from AI , I know it can be done quite easyly in 6.5, simply copy and paste, is there a way to do it in 5.5
Using Illustrator 10???

It’s been a while but I do remember you had to make sure that AICB was checked in the File Handling & Clipboard preferences. You might have to play with some of the other checks as well.

I think in AF 6 + you can just copy and paste,,
