simple question, but i have no answer. why does after effects reverse the order of layers when copying/pasting? eg. i have 4 layers, LAYER 1 (on top), LAYER 2, LAYER 3 and LAYER 4 (on bottom). I want to copy and paste those layers, but it pastes in as LAYER 4(top) down to LAYER 1 (bottom). is there a way to paste in the same order as copied? thanks.

AE copies and pastes in the order that you select them. Make sure you select 1, then 2, then 3 then 4..if you want them to stay in that order.
