    Hi,

    I have another question!

I want to copy just a small amount of ‘footage’ from a long clip and place it somewhere else in the project. How can I achieve this without having to copy and crop down the entire original clip and also without slicing or cutting the original?

If anyone out there could answer my questions I would really appreciate it.

    Many thanks,

    Bruce.

Doubleclick on the clip to put it into the source monitor. Set the in/out markers and drag it to the program window and rename it. Then you can drag it where you need it.
