Q: Can a motion-stabilized clip be copied from After Effects CS6 to Premiere Pro CS6 rather than rendering from AE?

Warp Stabilizer in Premiere Pro is having trouble smoothing handheld camera jitter from a long range shot. I copied the clip to After Effects and applied the Tracker > Motion Stabilize function using position only. Everything worked fine and the footage looks great in AE.

I would prefer to copy the stabilized clip back into Premiere Pro rather than rendering from AE. The anchor point, position, and scale data successfully copy over to Premiere. However, the data does not produce smooth motion when the clip is played on a Premiere timeline.

How do I get the necessary tracking data into Premiere to stabilize the footage?
