Copy master clip window appears when I paste a clip
Hello, I am working at a post house in soho and one of my clients, whenever he pastes a clip in the timeline gets the ‘copy master clip’ dialogue box saying that the master clip is alredy present but has some attribute conflicts. He then has to clic an option to resolve this before it will go away. This happens every time but not in any other suite.
Does anyone know what this is/ how to solve it?

Driving me nuts at this very moment.
Doesn’t happen on any other installation of FCP I work on.
Where can I turn this off?
