Copy Camera Cards
This seems to be a common problem – though it shouldn’t.
I’ve extracted a little app from one of my custom apps which should make life more ‘worry free’ when working with cards of any kind as long as they are FAT 32 (which all the cards I know are).
Before using it read the provided Help file (Menu -> Help). The app is free and can be downloaded here:

No other PC/MAC compatible solution that I know.
