copy and paste in&out points to multiple layers in diff comps?
Hello, i have a precomp made of the same shot that lasts ten frames. i stagger them to every five frames, creating a loop or a constant stutter or the same image. so there would be say 30 layers of this shot adding up to about 5 seconds or something.
in terms of using a different shot in a different precomp the same way, is there a way to just copy and paste the in and out points across two precomps?
does this make sense?
as always, i feel there must be a quicker way that i’m not aware of then manually entering the in points through a bunch of layers.
i’m using CS3 pro.

If you have one comp ready,
Duplucate the comp, select the layers and drag your new media on it while holding the ALT key,
that will replace the used media.or you can use the keyframe assistant > Sequence layers
