Coping With Sound FX Library Storage
Hi Folks!
Curious to know if you have any general principle regarding the storing of your sounds and/or stock footage.
Are you storing these on an external hard drive, always ready to be accessed, or on CD/DVDs?
The later seems cheaper but cumbersome to access when you need a certain sound, etc.
I might have answered my own question, but I am still curious of your input –

I have my stock stuff on a hard drive.

Yes – it makes sense. That’s what I was suspecting to – easier to access, etc.
