Cool Multi-Zoom/Pan – How’s It Done?
Hi all!
This is my first post here and the reason for joining so I hope someone can help. I’m newish to video editing and am using Sony Vegas.
Anyway, I’ve put together a ‘normal’ promotional video for a motel – zoom and pan and fades (kind of boring). But…
I saw this video and it knocked my socks off ie. the multi-window style (from about the 11th second – actually it shows up in the still):

Sry if I sound a bit/lot noobish – I am, but if I can learn how to do this I’ll
a) Love you all.
b) Get plenty of love from the motel owners, who’ll have the best vid in town!Thanks for any help you can provide!

You want to use Track Motion.
Look it up in the Help file or User’s Manual and it will tell you how to use it. Basically it allows you to make tracks smaller so that multiple tracks can be in the frame at the same time. Then you use Keyframes to add motion to the tracks.~jr
