  Converting stroby movie to smooth movie

  Hi all,
  I exported a PAL DV quicktime move from Avid Xpress Pro because I had to take the OMFI files off the machine. Now the movie is flickering/ strobed because I think I reversed the fields when exporting (and the original stuff is off the machine.) Is there any way to reverse that look so that the movie plays smoothly?
