  • Converting Standard Def to use with 1440 HDV Footage

I’ve added some standard definition 720×480 24 frame video to a project with 1440 x 1080 60i video. I’ve completed the edit and rendered to DVD however the standard def video has a jerky movement.
Any suggestions on how I can resolve the problem and get a smoother
look to the SD Footage. I’d like to render the final project to standard DVD and mp4.

    Thanks,
    August

Since the SD video is 24p check to make sure that you did not disable resampling. i.e., right-click the event and look in Properties and make sure Smart Resample is selected. That’s the only thing I can think of that would cause 24p to stutter.
