How do i convert a PSD file to a PDF? Is it as simple as just changing the file type when i save it or is there more to it.

It really is pretty easy to create your PDF file

First, save the file out of Photoshop as a PDF, Now, if you double click on the file, it will open in Photoshop. So, what I do to make sure another user can open the PDF in Acrobat with out any trouble is, open Acrobat and use the OPEN command to open the file. SAVE AS and write over the original file. Now if you double click on the file, it will open Acrobat.

As Jeff said this is easy. However, what do you want to do with the PDF:
