hi everyone, I just finished a project on FCP7 and is playing good on .MOV format. its is a 2GB file so I convert my file to a .MP4 format to make it smaller for upload it to youtube. After conversion, it looks very choppy, even lose sync with audio, the audio is fine, just a video problem. I used ProRes222, and the default settings for to export my project in HD.

Thanks a lot for reading and helping.

What did you use for creating mp4?

    Fully render sequence.
    Export using “Current Settings”
    Drop file into compression program.
Create “you-tube” optimized file for upload.
