converting ntsc to PAL
I have various TV commercials in FCP 4 that I also have in NTSC MPEG2s and an NTSC dvd. I have been asked to send the material in these projects to Australia to be converted to best quality PAL. Is it possible to convert my existing FCP projects to PAL and export them to my mini DV camera in PAL…..or can the MPEG2s be put on a disk and sent as is and converted to PAL during the authoring…..or is a DVD made from above mentioned materials o.k. to send and be converted to PAL?
