converting .mts to .mov files for FCP
Most of the files I’ve converted from .mts to .mov are working ok in FCP, but some still behave badly, even after converting more than once. Are they just behind help or is there something I can do?

By that I mean that the video stops and starts, or freezes, while the audio keeps going. Txs

What are your sequence settings? Where are you playing the copied files from? (system or external drive?)
