I need to add some MTS files to my video but i notice vegas doesnt like them so i tried converting them with avidemux (which has been an excellent tool, thanks John Rofrano!) under MJPEG and converted to AVI.

But wen i open them in vegas they are very stuttery and choppy?

    Anyone got any advise?

Also with which programs can you actually play MTS files

    cheers
