    Converting from MPEG 2 to Flash?

    Hi,
    Does anyone know if it’s possible to convert MPEG 2 files with audio to Flash (for the web) and if it’s possible to convert MPEG 2 files to MPEG 4 files (for the web).

    It might be a better option to use something like MPEG Streamclip to create an intermediate format, then compress with one of the many apps from there.
