  converting frames into interlaced fields

  For a certain project I have to film in 720/50p or 720/60p. However one customer wants in the end a 1080 interlaced project. And each full frame should be converted into an 1080 interlaced field to get high resolution interlaced video. The file format is MXF.
  How can I convert a 720/60p frame MXF into an 1080/60i field MXF?
