  Converting FLV to SWF

  Hi,

  I am making a comp, starting in Flash 8, then exporting that to AE 7.0 to add effects, then when I am done I want to export it out of AE 7.0 as FLV, then convert that to SWF, so that the movie could play on mobile devices.

  Is that possible?

  Is the quality still high?
