    is there a way for me to convert footage back to the original P2 format from a mac? I want to be able to have the footage in the CONTENTS folder back in its original p2 format.

    Panasonic offers a free Compressor plugin for AVC-I.

    MXF4mac has a P2 Export option as well.

    If you have Adobe CS4 or CS5 you can write back to the P2 card using Adobe Media Encoder.
