    How do I convert audio files that I have recorded in vegas to fit on a digital audio player. I’m recording audio from my tape deck and the files that are created are too large to fit on player.

    A small 256MB player

    I think you are talking about an MP3 player, so I’d suggest rendering as MP3.

    Depending upon what your “mp3” player can handle format-wise…

    experiment with other file types. you might be able to fit more audio using .wma or .ogg or something else.
