I have video mp4 footage that is using AAC audio and I want to convert these clips to quicktimes that can be burned to a playable DVD disc. Whenever I attempt this, the audio file always goes missing when imported into DVD Studio Pro.

How do I successfully convert these clips with AAC audio into editable video clips with attached audio in order to make them playable DVD’s?

    Thanks In Advance.

Well you DONT want to go to mp3.

How are you trying to make this DVD?

Dragging and dropping the the clip in Studio Pro from the the browser. When I lay the clip on the timeline the audio does not follow it.

When I try to burn it a DVD using toast, toast does not recognize the audio either.

    Hi martin,
I think It shouldn’t be like that, but, while you find the reason, Open the clip in QT and export the audio as AIFF, then bring it to DVDSTP.
