  converting a book in WORD 2000 to InDesign

  I want to convert my chapters into InDesign CS2. It says I have to convert each chapter before I can organize a new book. But I can’t find the link to convert it. I have tried to change it to .pdf first, but still can’t import it into a new book. Can anyone help me?
