I am trying to convert a 720p full resolution file into an SD NTSC DVD which will play on current DVD players.

I have already used compressor to convert the files to
    1. NTSC m2v 16:9 progressive file at 29.97
    2. NTSC m2v 16:9 progressive file at 23.98

I have used compressor’s Optical Flow option for both but they both still have a stutter in the motion which I need to get rid of and the color has been changed from the original.

Would it help to use Cinema Tools to do this conversion? How do I do that with Cinema Tools? Do I need to convert from 59.94 (720p) to 29.97 or 23.98 in order to get a progressive NTSC SD DVD?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
