I have a 1080p 29.97 sequence in final cut and have just learned that I need to deliver a 1080i 59.94 HDcam master. the project has to be rendered out and sent as a ProRes QuickTime to a closed captioning house, where the staff will insert the caption file and do the final layoff using a Matrox MX02. I know the Matrox is capable of doing a hardware frame rate conversion, but can anyone recommend the best way to create a file from a 29.97 progressive sewuence that will be at home in a 59.94 interlaced sequence?
    Thanks
