Converting 23.976 to 29.97 drop frame
Hello,
I am needing to export from my 23.976 sequence to 29.97. There is a drop down in an Avid export setting that allows me to do this. However, I don’t see a button for drop or non drop frame. How can I create drop frame and can I check my export after to make sure its correct?

Your best bet for doing this is to do a VIDEO MIXDOWN at 23.98, and bring that into a 29.97 project, cut it into a 29.97 DF sequence, and then output that. Are you working with audio stems from a mixer, or did your mix make it as the final mix? If so, the audio should cut over fine…no need for a mix down
