Converting 16bit Linear to 16bit rec709
Hi,
We have a show that’s based on 16bit rec709 color space. We got some clips in at 16bit Linear that we need to convert in AE. We can eyeball the gamma change and get it very close, but I wanted to know if there was a “standard” conversion process for doing this.

After Effects Color Management allows you to linearize the working space and assign an input color profile.

Ahh,ok, was overthinking it. So it’s just a matter of setting the color profile to rec709 and linearizing the working space.
