not sure if any are better than the other for quality… if the settings are the same, the mp4s should be nearly identical.

Some may be easier to use if they already have a YouTube preset, but you can look up recommended YoutUbe encoding settings and create your own.

I’d also add Handbrake to the list…. for simply creating mp4s, it’s a good choice and faster at encoding than streamclip (which i love, and use to encode about everything else and it’s great for quickly rewrapping media to a different container too)
