convert to mesh??

Can someone please tell me how to convert an extruded nurbs complete with caps to a single mesh object?

When I ‘make editable’ the sides and two caps remain separate meshes.

Select all objects and use the Connect command from the Functions menue. Don’t forget to use Optimize afterwards to get rid of duplicate points.
