  • convert sequence to different editing mode?

    Hello,

I just finished a project that had a default editing mode of 1080i. I should have used 1080p. I used a lot of nested sequences so they all have editing modes of 1080i, and I cannot change that. Unfortunately, these nested sequences have been cut and manipulated, and it is not as easy as just copying the contents of the 1080i sequence to a new 1080p one.

What options do I have? Can I convert the sequences to 1080p somehow? Even if I do make new sequences and copy the contents of the old sequences, how can I cut things up how they’re supposed to be without painstakingly looking at each clip and matching it to the original timeline?

    Thanks,
    Michael

Can I change the reference of one sequence to another?
