I have a project that was shot on a JVC GY-HM100 720p60 I also shot some B-roll on a couple of iPhone 4s with is 1080p24 I have been trying to use compressor to convert this video to 720p, but when I set the frame rate to 59.94 it speeds up the video. Can someone tell me if it is possible to change the frame rate with out changing the speed? I need to make a multi clip in FCP from these clips.

Try using Compressor and telling it to maintain speed at 100%, or conform using Cinema Tools
