Convert HD .mov to HD .avi
I don’t think this is exactly a FCP question, but it seemed like the best place to ask.
I’ve got a few HD clips from iStock.com I need to use in Premiere. The iStock files are all movs. When I try to export them through Quicktime to avis, the only options I have are for SD sizes, unless I choose uncompresssed, which gives me HD, but also a nice 3 gigs for 30 seconds of footage (I lied, it’s not really nice).
Does anyone know of anything I can download to allow me to export HD mov files to HD avi files, compressed?

It’s a Quicktime question, not a Premiere one. Seeing as I found no Quicktime forum, the FCP forum seemed like the next best thing. Premiere just happens to be the program the file will be ending up in. Thanks for the input.
