convert avchd files to proxies?
Hi guys, does anyone know of a programme that can convert avchd files to proxies? I’m bored of opening a new fcp project and converting that way. its a ball ache.

ClipWrap2 from Divergent Media will either re-wrap the files to Quicktime, or make ProRes Proxy.
But note that doing the offline/online workflow using third party apps outside of FCP is pretty difficult. Causes a lot of headaches.
