Convert 60D File Format to Avi or QT for Editing
I have CCTV Security footage that needs editing. The file format is 60D and I have been able to separate the individual cameras into individual files. But I am only able to play the footage in GE Security WaveReader. The file format is currently 60D, which I believe is a proprietary format from GE. Does anyone know of a file format conversion program that will accept this format? I have exhausted all of my search options- thanks for the help.

I am having the same problem. I need to make an evidence CD for an incident that occured. But I cannot convert the .60D file format. I have the GE Interlogic CCTV System.
I have emailed GE and also adaptec whom I understand was GE’s supplier for the Quickwave CD Wizard. I will let you know if I get any closure on this.
