  Conversion of SONY HD NTSC Footage

  HI,

  I received footage of a SONY small Prosumer Camera (.MTS Files). The stuff is interlaced and NTSC.
  The Problem is, that I edit in PAL Land and Progressive.
  What is the fastest and best Quality way, I can get this material to be ProRes 25p?
  I Have FCP 6.0.6, AE CS4 (including Magic Bullets Frames +), MPeG Streamclip, Episode and Compressor.

  Thanx for any advice for a stable and fast Workflow for this.
  If I could Batch it would be even better, since it’s 276 clips.
