Just came across a new technology that may blow the doors off of conventional internet broadcasting: https://www.vividas.com/au/streaming/.
Expect the innovation is in the “push” technology rather than the compression or codec.

That is probably the most impressive demonstration of streaming I have ever seen. The Carlton Draught “Big Ad” is awesome as well!
Don’t know what those guys are doing under the hood, but it clearly works. I want my site to use it for sample clips.
