  controlling VLC by UDP or TCP

  hi there all

  i was on IBC to day and saw on the christie stand a operator start
  VLCplayer with UDP or TCP commands using spyder. i’m familiar with spyder and used the
  networkcommand function keys often for cueing up turbo’s and Sonydeck’s
  i just need the code to cue VLCplayer.
  has any one experience with remote controlling VLC
