    Hello,

I have a AJA Kona LH software version 5.1 hooked up to my Mac Pro Osx with Intel, also hooked up is my external reference audio monitors. The issue I am having is I can’t turn the volume down. I went to Preference – Sound and turned everything down, as well as the MIDI Audio Setup. I can’t seem to figure it out. Do I need an external mixing board?

Do a search on this forum, there’s been some lengthy discussions.

The quick answer: you need to get a mixer. You can get some totally decent ones cheap.

And if your in the market for a new affordable and simple mixer, get yourself a Mackie Big Knob… I just love this thing
