control panel gone after update…
hello fine cow-munity of aja,
i recently got a kona 2 for my dual 2.5 and was quite simply amazed. however, it kept making my machine lock-up and/or crash.
the original software was loaded from the included CD and read v1.1. so i figured i’d check the aja site for updates. viola! there were updates! so i went for the latest & greatest everything seemed fine, loading, etc. FCP worked great, no more crashes but then i noticed the control panel wasn’t anywhere to be found.
any ideas on where it might have gone? should i go back to the CD version and chase down the reason for the crashes somewhere else?
all thoughts and ideas welcome,

i located the control panel… phew. sanity restored.
