    The so-called “NURBS” objects only work with splines. Create a simple circle spline and choose the contour option, so it will create two circles instead of one. Then put it inside your extrude object.

    I’ve looked… Where’s the Contour Option?

    My bad (wasn’t near C4D at the time). The option I mean is the “Ring” checkbox.
