Content Ftp For Live Event

I’m looking for a system that is easy to set up that allows my presenters to upload PPT videos etc to a pre-made folder exclusively for their content. The folder needs to have Room time and date and possibly session name. Each presenter gets a unique link or them to upload to, they only see their “stuff”. The system then emails crew members to inform them of the upload.

Must be easy to set up.
