this is a general post to any adobe bods europe/uk outthere- the uk broadcasters are moving to a new format of file delivery called AS-11 in an mxf wrapper. hows about you guys get together with the standards guys- publish a proven workflow approved by the broadcasters give us a tutorial to follow and give us presets in media encoder/premiere/afterfx. wouldnt that be neat and just remove all of the headaches?

It’s not that difficult to do, AS-11 is the delivery file format, you can work however you want before getting to the final step. You can export using Media Encoder/Premiere to an OP1a and then use the DPP app available at https://www.digitalproductionpartnership.co.uk/downloads/metadata-application/ to re-wrap to AS-11 and add the required metadata.

this is what i mean, though, the stepped process. why not integrate all of that app etc. into the output process as a preset, cut n paste tech reqs and other metadata, harding whatever, render, then watch folder, then upload all within premiere/encoder.

It’s a good feature request, and one that I’m sure is on our radar. However, feel free to enter a feature request as well if you like:
