Ok, this is probably a stupid question, but I’m tired, can’t find the answer anywhere, and I just want to get my new CS3 installation done, so here goes:

What do I do with the “Content” CD that came with CS3 Production Premium? Do I transfer the content to a specific place on my computer, or is it just up to me where I put the stuff? (Photos, fonts, documentation/help files, etc.) Do I just install the fonts in my Windows fonts folder, or do they go somewhere specific for Adobe to access..?

Sorry, I just can’t find the answer, please help. 🙂

    Kind regards,
    Eric

Installing the material on the Content disc is simply a matter of copying the files from the disc to your local hard disk—or leaving the files on the Content disc until you want them.

You can drag and drop the plug-ins to the Plug-ins folder for the appropriate application. You can put stock photos, clip art, and such wherever you like; you may even choose to not install these at all but just pop the Content disc into the drive whenever you want to browse them.

Yes, you can just drag and drop the fonts into the usual Fonts folder.
