Im having problems getting the Contact Sheet to place the Images edge to edge with no borders of any kind.

Im doing a Mosaic Poster (The Truman Show movie Poster is what Im going for here).

I’ve exported all the Video Clip Still Images into a folder.

From here I go into PS CS2 and open Automate>Contact Sheet II

I have 116 Still Images in the folder
Image size for each pic is: Pixel Dimention: 720 x 480 pix
    Document Size: 10 x 6.667 in
    Resolution: 72

    In the Contact Sheet…
    I set the Document Size to: 10 x 6.667
    Resolution: 300

    Thumbnails to 20 Colums
    20 Rows
    I turn off Auto-spacing
    Verticle: 0
    Horizontal: 0

But everytime I click on OK to begin process I get an error message.
But if I turn on Auto-spacing back on, and click OK it goes thru
with the process, but with white borders which is not what I want.

Am I suppose to do some sort of calculations to get proper
    dimensions/format?

    Please help
    Thanks
    Chip

I also had the error message with your settings that says the thumbnail size is not possible. Switching from inches to pixels fixed the problem. Seems Photoshop has an easier time calculating the math using pixel only.

My result did have 1 pixel of white space all the way around, but ateast this worked.
